Dr. Sandra Sessoms-Penny is a Senior Research Fellow at the Center for Workplace Diversity and Inclusion Research. She is also a University Research Methodologist and Faculty at the �¼������ϲʿ������. She is an alum of the George Washington University, Old Dominion University, Troy State University (Montgomery) and Saint Leo University.

Sandra formerly served as a school administrator for elementary, middle and high schools in the state of Virginia. She is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
